Pilates & Pre/Postnatal Trainer Susana Da Conceicao

Susana trained as a Personal Trainer & Group Exercise Teacher in South Africa in 1997.

In 2005 she went on to do a comprehensive Pilates Matwork Teacher Training Course with The Place in London accredited by The Pilates Foundation and subsequently did her Pre/Postnatal Pilates.

Susana brings over 10 years of experience and understanding in pilates, pre/postnatal pilates and related health & fitness disciplines, running her own successful business incorporating her pilates on a one-to-one level and in group exercise classes.

By guiding you, empowering you with knowledge about your body and your training, Susana helps you gain the power to change your body and to lead a healthier life.
